How long does it take to train my pet's model?
Pet training typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the data volume.
How many photos should I upload to create a high-quality model?
We recommend uploading 10-12 high-quality photos that show your pet from various angles, in different environments, and with various expressions.
What type of photos are best to upload?
Recent, high-resolution photos that capture your pet in different poses, with good lighting and minimal background distractions.
What can I do with the generated images?
You can use the images for prints, wallpapers, digital frames, stickers, custom clothing, and much more.
Can I use the generated images for commercial purposes?
Commercial use is allowed depending on your credits purchase and terms associated with it. For example, images may be used for products like posters, merchandise, or marketing campaigns if included in your purchase rights.
How will I know when my model is ready?
You will receive an email notification once your model is fully trained and ready to generate images.
What happens if I don't have enough credits to train a model or create images?
You can purchase additional credits at any time to continue using the platform's features.
Can I create more than one model for different pets?
Yes, you can create a separate model for each of your pets as long as you have enough credits for each model.
What if I'm not satisfied with the generated images?
While we strive for the best results, please note that the quality of the images heavily depends on the quality of the photos you upload. Image generation is not an exact science, and there is no refund due to GPU usage. However, you can always improve results by retraining the model with new photos.
Is there a limit to how many photos I can generate?
The number of images you can generate depends on the amount of credits you have purchased. You can always buy more credits if needed.
Can I retrain my model if I want better results?
Yes, you can retrain your model at any time by uploading new photos and starting the process again, as long as you have enough credits.
What happens to my models and images if I no longer purchase credits?
Your models and images will be saved for a limited time even without purchasing additional credits. After 90 days of inactivity, your data will be permanently removed.
Can I download invoices for my purchases?
Yes, you can easily download invoices for any credits purchases directly from your account settings.
Can I request a refund?
Due to the GPU processing costs involved, refunds are not available. Please consider your purchase carefully.
What happens to my data if I don’t purchase credits for an extended period?
If you do not purchase credits for 60 days, your models and images will be permanently deleted from our servers.
